Pet Policy

Pets Welcome Upon Approval.
No breed, weight, or size restrictions.
Limit of 2 pets per home.
Non-refundable pet fee is $300.00 for 1 pet and $500.00 for 2 pets.
Monthly pet rent of $25 will be charged for 1 pet and $35 for 2 pets.

Rabies shot must be provided. Large aquariums will require additional proof of insurance.
